Deworming and Fever
Hi, Im a mother and I have a 3 yr old. I gave her Albendazole two days ago 400mg and I noticed she developed a fever that night and until now. I am unsure if thats due to the deworming but I deworm her every 3-6 months, same dose. Today I noticed white speckles in her throat and I thought she might be having tonsilitis which might have caused the fever. But was that due to albendazole too? I read somewhere that deworming can cause fever and sore throat. Can I give amoxicillin? paracetamol? Help
