It’s normal. If you don’t get a pregnancy after few months you may need hysteroscopy to evaluate cervical stenosis

No need of further treatment.Both fallopian tubes are patent means open.So no tubal problem for infertility.In HSG report they have mentioned mild stenosis that is nothing it will cure after delivery.
