Dermoid cyst
My wife diagnosed with dermoid cyst of ovary
size
of 5 cm.
we have done second sonography after 9 months there is no any change or increase in the cyst and she dont have any pain at all.
her periods are also regular.
can we conceive pregnancy in this condition?

It's is always advisable to get operated for dermoid cyst before you conceive. As is increased risk there of infection, rupture, torsion during pregnancy.

Dermoid cyst can cause torsion ,it can rupture ,it can get infected - which are emergency situations .and also it can increase in size ,can become malignant . All these can further complicate pregnancy .so better to get it removed before planning pregnancy

The problem with the cyst is that it might increase in size and cause pressure effect on the tubes or may hamper the ovarian reserve which will affect the fertility.Also it might undergo torsion or infection, which will cause problems.

U shud first get this cyst removed .
These cysts dnt cause problem with periods normally, u cn conceive also but in pregnancy the cyst cn grow in size , cn get twisted .
Then the situation becomes difficult to manage
