Deranged liver enzymes
I have sgbt of 272u/l and 162u/l. I am taking udiliv 300 as prescribed by doctor. I was having a regular diet in my college and my college ended. Suddenly I started taking mass gainers and high calorie diet. Lots of fats and high protein intake. Currently I have stopped consuming anything. Only eating boiled food and vegetables and fruits. Is it possible to reduce it to normal in 10 days. I have medical exam after 10 days and I need to pass it. Please tell anything which can reduce it fast.

Information about alcohol intake is also required. If you do not consume alcohol, your history is typical of Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Another modern day lifestyle disease. Weight reduction, physical activity and a fibre rich diet can reverse the condition. Udiliv may be helpful in some cases. But the recovery appear over a period of time (at least one month). So I am sorry to say 10 days is too short period to find any noticeable changes.
