Depressuon has reduced libido

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I'm suffering from depression from long time and I have tajen many medications for that. After taking many meds I'm not completely alright. Right now I'm taking Nexito and Ayurvedic meds. I have taken many ssri and snri before that. Now the biggest problem I'm facing is of Sex drive. It is very low. I don't feel like masturbating and when I do it forcefully to feel some pleasure then I don't have any orgasm. When I try to reduce Nexito below 20 then depression worsens. What can I do for that??
