Depressions on front of teeth

Asked for Female, 29 Years

There are small depressions, not in teeth but is on it and can be seen from front of face, due to which been facing problems like sensitivity to cold water, drinks and even oral air, feels like my teeth are weak and also looks like if depression continues to develop my teeth will break in half horizontally.
