Depression, grief and sorrow. Depressed!

I lost my wife on Dec 3rd 2016.she died due to oral cancer.There was negligence and delay on the part of Dentist who treated for dental problem in diagnosing cancer.Oral surgeon who examined her diagnosed her problem as left jaw lower alveolus .The biopsy confirmed the same.she underwent CT scan and other tests at Basava tarakam hospital and underwent Microvascular free flap surgery + resurrection and reconstruction of left Lower jaw bone followed by radiation for one month.After 3 months she had pleural effusion.Fluid was drained out  for four times.Thyrocoscopy procedure was done.The biopsy of the pleural fluid revealed that cancer spread to lungs .she was on ventilator support for a week and breathed lost on 3rd Dec at kims hospital.Basavataram hospital where she initially underwent surgery mentioned in the discharge certificate that she had perineural invasion.Her death has become a shock to me.I am not able to digest this as she was caring for me very much.I feel depressed
