In depression or chemical imbalances or deficiencies and dysregulation in the brain, due to abrupt stopping of psych meds, excess stress cortisol, loss of sleep for long due to any reason, rtms etc, is there any physical death of brain cells? Apoptosis or physical loss of brain cells. What happens in such a scenario? Can memory and other functions improve? Please guide. What to do in this case?
