Depo weird bleeding

Asked for Female, 18 Years

So I have the depo jab and I’ve been on it for over 6 months. The last jab I got was about 3 weeks ago when periods started up and I had weird bleeding. It took over two weeks to stop spotting and now I’ll have a few days where I won’t bleed and then it’ll start up or if I’m with my boyfriend and climax it’ll start but stop after a few hours. I don’t really know what to do
