I have white marks on tounge in the mid area...which I tried to remove by mouth was and tongue cleaner..not going away.. What to do ? Taking medicine for acid reflux ..has taken antibiotic for a month before Has stomach treatment earlier Is it anything serious? I had cavities in mouth earlier...RCT done for 2-3 teeths

Excessive hard scrubbing of tongue may cause such white marks on tongue. Medicines for stomach and rct won't interfere these lesions If you are using tongue cleaner daily and have no bad breath or bleeding then you have nothing to worry about
