Yellowish color can be a normal sign or it may be due to external staining of teeth. Staining can be removed by scaling and polishing. So you can visit a dentist for it.

Hello sir, u should get scaling (cleaning) of your teeth done. Kindly visit the dentist asap. It can't be cured without treatment.
