First 3 months of pregnancy is not the ideal time for dental treatment, however 4th to 6th months are comparatively safer. Permanent solution is either tooth removal or root canal treatment or dental filling depending upon the condition of the tooth and severity of the issue. For temporary relief the medicines suggested by Dr Bonya would be fine.
Next Steps
Have medicine for now and get dentist appointment from 4th to 6th months of pregnancy and get the treatment done.
