Hi I don’t understand Marathi so fluently .but from ur post I understand that ur tooth was decayed and u went for treatment with 3 to 4 dentist .n no help with medication.
May I know wat medication u had taken ??for how many days ?
4year old male so if post is by parent kindly give kid the syrup which u give for fever .
Or syrup calpol 5ml times a day for three days after food and get back to me
Any swelling or temperature kindly report .
If u have previous X-ray of the tooth kindly share with me

Saline rinse and 5ml syrup calpol after food thrice a day after food .
If it comes down well n good .looks like tooth has deep cavity and it might need plfurther treatment by Pedodontist
