My son is 6 Yrs old and his milk teeth are falling. Till now even after 6-8 months his new teeth have not come.

No need to worry about this...sometimes it may gets delayed by about 6 months ...he is now 6 yrs old... The front tooth eruption is around 6-7 years only....if it gets delayed after 8 years then go and visit dentist and get IOPA(X-RAY) done to see whether tooth bud is there...

The normal age for tooth erruption is 6-7 years.
Donot panic.
Wait until he is 7 years old. Even then if it doesn't errupt see a nearby dentist. Dentist will palpate the tooth bud or rather take an xray if required and proceed with the treatment plan
Actual condition of permanent teeth can be seen by x Ray .sometimes gum have to be removed over the tooth by small incision.so consult the dentist for the cause.
No medication.. take an X-ray.. I will know d state of tooth .. if their is more skin below ur tooth .. than we have to make some space n help in guiding
