Dear Mam
Undoubtedly, it is very important for your mother in law to get a new set of teeth, it will definitely be difficult to find someone who would deliver the services at home.
You have the following options:
1. Visit a nearby dental college. Ask for Department of Prosthodontics. Request a staff there with your problem so that he can allot a good student to deliver services at your home. It is difficult to find someone who would care, but not impossible.
2. Visit a nearby dental college. Ask for Department of Prosthodontics. Take your mother in law's broken denture and request a staff to duplicate it. It's results may vary but is possible to deliver a usable set of teeth. Some help is better than none!
3. Visit a nearby dental clinic and enquire if they would be willing to deliver home care.
Please keep in mind: THE PATIENT MUST NOT WEAR A BROKEN DENTURE, ESPECIALLY IF IT CAUSES MOUTH SORES. A broken denture has sharp edges - this can cause oral ulcers. Long standing traumatic oral ulcers can progress into cancer.
