Hello,
I am 24 year old, I had first molar extracted when I was 21, I had implant last year on September,
I had knife edge bone but doctor told I have good bone height and go for direct implant no need for bone grafting, After implant I noticed that the implant is deep and gums not covered . Whatever I eat it get stuck between implant crown. Now I have anxiety and worried about it.
Can anyone please help? should I go another implant or I can get bone and gum grafting on implant?
Thanks

Your main concern is food lodgement, so please clean it with specially designed/ available interdental brushes.
Implants might be bone level implant or gum level implant, since no x rays are attached it's difficult to say it.
Consult your dentist and enquire.
Next Steps
maintain oral hygiene, use of interdental brushes
Health Tips
if implant is well integrated, but design of crown is giving you trouble, then you can go for a new crown after getting consulted with ur dentist.hope it helps
