Dental Hygeiene
I am 22 yr male. I am having dental hygiene problem, even after i brush i have bad breath. I started brushing twice a day and i need some clarity regarding the usage of mouthwash. Should i use the mouthwash 2 or 3 times a day, right after brushing the teeth in morning (or) after breakfast...after lunch...after dinner. Suggest any small tips to add to my daily routine.

To mantain good oral hygiene..... proper tooth brushing is very important...... Frequency ( number) is not important!!!!! Use ultrasoft tooth brush, dental floss after every meal, use chewing gum, take good amount of water every day, your food should contain fibrous salads, green vegetables and fruits!!!!!

can uae non-alcohol mouth wash like Colgate plax or any chlorohexidine mouth wash twice daily....  once in the morning after breakfast and once at night before bed!!!!! 10 ml .... hold 30 secs and then spit out!!!!

Bad breath could be because of food particles stuck in between teeth. You need to do flossing to get rid of food particles there. That should become a routine......mouthwashes are ok.... Mouthwash ....plax from Colgate in concentrated form for 30secs will be of some help too.

Food particles I stuck in the teeth or calculus deposition may cause bad breath. Brushing in a proper correct technique is important. Consult a dentist nearby for a proper prophylaxis of the oral cavity. Brushing flossing and rinsing after meals will help
