Hello Ma'am. I got fillings done on my 4 teeth a week back. The doctor did it without giving anesthesia. After the procedure, my teeth was paining and I took painkillers on her recommendation. But after that there is severe pain in my gum. It's hurting even when I'm touching on that area above my mouth. And I can see spots on fillings, as if it's getting discoloured. I don't know. There was a little spot since that day only. I didn't eat any coloured food and followed whatever they said. Can you tell what's happening? Thank You.

If it is hurting in the gums , the fillings could be over hanging and impinching on gum. May need to be evaluated and needs to be redone . There can be pain if the fillings are high . Visit a dentist for an x-ray to check the depth of the cavity i.e are they are close to the pulp of the teeth . If the cavities are shallow then the cause for pain must be due to high points in the fillings . Visit the dentist for a reevaluation.
Health Tips
don't wait or hesitate to consult again and taking pain killers will not help.

Hi, your tooth was most probably infected. When you got the filling done, the escape route of bacterial products got closed and pressure building up inside the tooth and around root tip. Immediately go to a dentist. Get the filling removed and start with RCT. that will give you immense relief
Next Steps
Go to a dentist. Painkillers won't be able to hold off pain for long
