I have lost a permanent tooth. I am really afraid of the pain I will get from dental implant.
How much does it cost to have dental bridges in India? And how much does it pain!!

Hi go for implant as it will not alter your adjacent tooth. Implant would be the best choice. And the whole procedure will be done under anesthesia so don't worry ☺

You need to get that missing teeth replaced
Cost depends on the material and the doctor you choose
And preparation of bridge is relatively painless don't worry
Any procedure wether a bridge or Implant is done under anesthesia.
Better choice would be implant as adjacent teeth are not touched unlike in bridge preparation.
Hello ideally it is always good to go for the Dental implant if you lost your permanent tooth as that’s not at all painful as even if we give you Dental bridge also then also we will have to give you local anesthetia for preparation of other 2 teeth and we will be damaging your other 2 teeth by doing preparation ..
And in case of Dental implant the pain will be of getting injection of anesthesia only so better get implant done since you are pretty young and your bone will also be very good...
It’s just that you will be on medications for 3days..
