I have a missing teeth on one side of lower jaw...I consulted one dentist here,he gave me idea of dental bridge.it will not cause any pain.He will grind 0.5mm of both neighbouring teeth to fit the prepared bridge.The cost for this will be 9000/- for a ceramic coated metal bridge.I found this mechanism good for myself.
I want to know whether his details were right or not.Apart from this,dental bridge is successful or not...

Yes, the dentist has suggested you right treatment plan.
There is one more latest treatment modality present, IMPLANT. In this, advantage is that , adjacent teeth are not grinded.
