You need to do Xray and antibiotic coverage followed by treatment. Do not neglect further, the more time goes the extent of the abscess will expand eventually even more including more of adjacent teeth. And the treatment procedure will be more complex.
Next Steps
visit dentist asap.

There would be infection related to incisors. But for proper diagnosis u need to get an x ray done. Visit your nearby dentist and get it clinically checked. You would also need a course of antibiotics. Do Salt and warm water rinse thrice daily.
Next Steps
visit your nearby dentist. for more suggestions kindly contact in chat box.

Your teeth might have experienced any trauma some years ago.. And so the infection is happening now..
Next Steps
Don't leave it as such since there is no pain.. U need to take an xray and get it treated immediately.. Also start antiobiotic course
Health Tips
Don't panic.. but do the treatment as soon as possible.. otherwise there are chances of infection spreading to the adjacent teeth
