Dental abrasion
I am having pain in several places in my gum. It seems I had hurt my gum because of a new toothbrush with hard bristles. I have changed it to a softer one, but I am having pain in those places while eating. Kindly suggest.

The pain is due to gingivitis , bcz of this there might be swelling which cause bleeding of gums , food lodgement and tooth infection .
better visit a dentist and according to that go for a regular cleaning and followed by medication that’s helps .

As per what u are saying You can use topical anesthetic gels like quadrgel or dentogel before meals. But it’s better to consult dentist to check what it is.
