IS ABV MEDICATION OK ? He has
WEAKNESS , LITTLE PUFFY EYES , STOMACH PAIN AND UPSET.
NO RASHES SEEN YET.
Can I give him milk products curd cheese now ?
Already giving fruits and lot of fluids .

Hello, Infact Dengue fever is confirmed based on the reports.
Only symptomatic treatment and lots of fluid to keep the patient hydrated is recommended.
There is no specific anti viral treatment for dengue.
Next Steps
Regular follow up (clinical condition) and regular follow up CBC is recommended to plan early intervention and treatment in case of complications are recommended.

Keep patient hydrated with ORS and other fluids.
Give only paracetamol for fever.
