It's been 2 days my brother suffering from dengue , this is second time he got infected in last 3 Years. He don't have fever now but he is feeling cramps sometime with severe pain. Vomited once in morning after having biscuits. Calpol we are giving during fever, last dose yesterday night (29th July) . Is there anything to panic? Or it subdue later

If dengue you must get it checked by a nearby physician Get blood investigations done to confirm and also to check platelets counts . The treatment is only supportive that is paracetamol 500 mg three times daily if fever is there . Give plenty of fluids orally.
