Dengue fever or viral
Dr she had got dengue past 15 days she got admitted and got discharged within 2days but she s getting fever again about 100 101 so what should I confirm whether it's d still dengue or some viral

Hello..... There are two tests.. One is blood test to know the platelet count in blood... If that is below normal range ,you order test for NS1Antigen... If that also comes positive dengue will be confirmed.. Sometimes this test may give false result, so low platelet count is usually done as soon as possible.
