Did you have Confirmation on dengue? Should have a complete blood count and specifically watch for the platelet counts and total leucocyte counts Watch for red spots on body and oral cavity Keep hydrated and take paracetamol 500mg upto 6hourly and also add tepid sponging as required

Hope u consulted a physician. Keep yourself well hydrated. Take paracetamol 500 mg at least thrice a day. Check blood pressure every day and monitor your platelet counts every alternate day at Least.
