  4. Delivery related. Have normal delivery?

It's my first pregnancy...i m nearly 36 weeks pregnant...Dr. has given me 1 June due date and sonography says 7 June...when will I deliver baby and when to start eating dates and saffron milk for easy labour...I m 80 kgs. BP and everything is normal...I m attaching my last usg...plz suggest. Can I have normal delivery?

Date of delivery is calculated by adding 9 months  n 7 days to last menstrual  period ..usg will  not tell exact date...it is used whn pt.is not sure of lmp...or history  of delayed periods It's  a myth  tht dates n ghee will facilitate  early n easy deliver Yes u can hv a normal  delivery
