  4. Delayed/skipped period. Which i took?

Hi doc, I had taken Evion 400 capsule in August for 15-20 days with a-z multivitamin capsules. This month I don't get my period till now. Can it be because of the tablets which I took? Also I sometimes have irregular periods but this time it's almost 47 days since my last period on Aug 5th. Also FYI I am not sexually active.kindly help.
