If there are chances of unplanned pregnancy do the upt and scan.... If no... Then wait for menses... And keep watch for subsequent periods also if irregularities are same then you have to investigate like ultrasound or hormonal profile

No need to worry,if there is no chances of pregnancy, wait for more5days ,if u get the menses , observe in next period. If the periods are regular then it's well and good or if irregularities are continuing,u need to consult the doctor.
Next Steps
if u didn't get periods after 5days , you better consult with doctor
nothing to worry if there is no chance of unplanned pregnancy. once periods come , watch for the subsequent cycles. if still irregular. Do scan and hormone profile
