  4. Delayed periods. Suggest some medicine?

Delayed periods
My periods are delayed by a couple of weeks, but the lower abdomen is hurting like crazy just the way it does during periods. Feels as if its blocked and the blood is not finding its way out. Could you please suggest some medicine?
