My periods are 3 days late. I m married and on birth control..they are never a day late..last month they came 10 days before..i recently shifted to a diff country..,my husband was unable to enter me last 2 times so I am quite sure that I cant be pregnant but still worried..I am eating all heat inducing foods but nothin is happening...last month I had my periods twice..the first time it was very light and was for 2 days and the second time it was normal..my periods have always been regular even while taking pills
