  4. Delayed periods. Is it my periods?

Delayed periods
My LMP was on 11-Aug-2022. Cycles have been regular 28-30 days till now. I had unprotected intercourse with my husband on 1 Sep. I have not got my periods till now. UPT test is negative and beta hcg is 0.1. I have taken deviry for 5 days and its been 12 days since stopping it. Prolactin is 31.61 and TSH is 1.5 and T4 is 16. Today morning I had very light bleeding and UPT is negative. Is it my periods?
