Delayed periods
My age is 31 n m married . I have a delayed periods of 5 days . After 12 days of my last periods I found egg white mucus for 7days around . My expected date of periods was 10 Dec .today I did my home pregnancy test at 3am n it's negative n m worried of my delayed periods .Kindy guide me .

You need to do blood tests and SONOGRAPHY. You have to consult gynceologist personally.it could be due to stress or hormonal imbalance. Did you take any emergency contraceptive pill
