Delayed periods
I haven’t had sex for over two months and the last time I had sex we had used protection and I got regular periods. However, this month my periods are late by 5 days. I have body pain and cramps since 4 days but no blood.

If u feel that the last periods you had were of reduced flow then do a urine pregnancy test or else just wait fir ur periods.
If this s the first episode nothing to be done just keep a track of ur cycles.
However if it repeats further investigation may b needed
