Delayed Periods
I am 42 yr old & I got my last periods on the 8th of Oct 2023 & have not got it this month yet, I am not sexually active so no chance of pregnancy.  My periods have been normal & regular every month, somehow this month it's not showing up yet. Also experiencing vaginal dryness. Kindly advise.
