I am 32 years old have two kids am trying to conceive missed my periods but got hcg test negative also scanning couldn't show anything I took cyclonrm e & p tablets but still I don't get my periods, still is their chance that am pregnant? If so will their be any side effect of tablets taken on my pregnancy?

If beta hcg and USG is negative then there is no chance that you are pregnant. Missed period can be due to some other reason.
