Delayed periods
Hi dr, my periods on Feb were late . My period date was 25 Feb but still 6 March no periods so I did sonography and diagnosed with simple ovarian cyst but pn 8 March I got my periods naturally. Today 9 April and my period is 1 day late .I have 31 days cycle. What can be the reason ?
