Hi I am thyroid patient and I have skipped my medicine for a long time. And due to work pressure I didn't take my meals on times for weeks. Now my preriods are delayed by 7 days and even checked but I am not pregnant. I can feel the period cramps in my back and legs and lower abdomen but I am not bleeding. What medicine should I take?
