Delayed periods
Hello, I am 45 years old. My periods are delayed by 2 weeks this time. Ever since I hit puberty at 14, my cycles have been regular, 28-30 days. For the past year or so, the cycles have been shorter as in 22-25 days. Also, I took to jogging/running as a regular exercise since Oct 2016. I am married, but pregnancy is not a possibility. Could you please advise? Thank you.
