Delayed Periods
Hello Doctor, My Girlfriend had her periods on 18th of Feb. Her periods are regular and we had unprotected sex on the 19th and took an ipill. We had unprotected sex again on the 21st but she didn't take an ipill this time. She contracted a UTI the next day which lasted for a few days and she bled for almost a week. The blood always used to come after the pee and in 2 3 thick drops. The bleeding stopped after a week. Now its been more than a month, she still hasn't gotten her periods. She feels cramps at times but she's worried due to the delay. Googling things has instilled fear among us both. We have learnt our lesson and will always use protection hence forth.
