If the pregnancy test was negative , then she is not pregnant. She can take medicines for her periods to come and needs further evaluation for delayed periods. The dryness can be suggestive of infection and needs to be checked.

If her urine pregnancy test is negative then she is not pregnant. Dryness of the vagina may be due to fungal infection too. Or it can be due to aversion to sex.        She is unmarried and she had irregular periods. So she will always be worried about pregnancy.
