After 3months of sex and delayed periods also can we get a false result of a kit test ? After how many days we can get a correct result of a kit test ?

Yes false result can be there,  once you miss your period or roughly 14 days from ovulation,  pregnancy test can be done for results..

If periods are regular, within 1 week of missed period..kit will show positive
