My girlfriend had her period on 4th October and till today (4 November) , she didn't have her next period but is experiencing all the symptoms of having one since last 3 days. Please suggest what can be the reason. Should we worry ?

You should wait minimum for 7 days.If not getting then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.Of comes negative means no pregnancy.
