You have hypothyroidism You should take medicine fir the same after consulting your doctor to regularise your periods You have not mentioned your weight If BMI is more then weight reduction and meditation can also help you with hypothyroidism

Well if you are planning pregnancy. The TSH should be below 2.5 . You should start taking levothyroxine for 3 months and when your TSH is in the range below 2.5 then you should plan conception. Your TSH is 7 so you must be on levothyroxine replacement .

Many key history points are missing in your query like  sexual history/your body weight / bmi / your medicine history/ frequency of your periods / amount of blood loss /any signs of hirsutism/ previous usg reports/ prolactin reports/ obstetric history( if any) / diabetes /associated pain....
