Periods late by 10days,pregnancy test negative, light menstrual cramps since 1 week, sleepy n tired, white discharge since 2 days. Please advice.

Did u take any contraceptive in previous cycles? Is it the first episode?any history if pcos..need to know more details before advising. It could be due to anything starting from thyroid problem to polyp to cyst..
