Delay periods
I'm single, 21 year old female. First time my periods are late by 1 month and now I'm tensed about it. I'm eagerly waiting from last 20-25 days. This lockdown affected me mentally as well as physically . It changed my physical activity level completely but now I get back into light excercise from 2 weeks. So how will I get my periods back?

Get a urine pregnancy test if sexually active. Stress can be a factor for delay of periods. You will need hormonal pills for withdrawal bleeding.
