Dp urine pregnancy test.
If positive then consult obstetrician. If negative; you can wait till total 40 days; repeat urine pregnancy test ; still negative then take castor oil 50 ml in morning with hot water and you will get loose motions on the same day and periods within a week.

Hello,
Are you sexually active?
If yes then do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy.
If not then visit a gynecologist and get basic hormonal profile testing done to rule out the cause.
