Can there be brown spotting after a month of having unwanted 72. I did a BHCG test in the fourth week from taking unwanted 72, it showed a negative result. I am still not getting my period, which is 16 days late now. i am tense , kindly help.

Yes there can be spotting as these pills are hormonal medications and can lead to disturbances and irregular shedding of endometrium. 4 weeks s a reasonably long time so dont bother about pregnancy as by now hcg would hv definitely bcom positive had u been pregnant

U can repeat a BHCG blood test...just to b assured... If negative u can wait for another 7 to 10 days for Ur periods
