Delay in monthly cycle..

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Me and my husband did the unprotected deed on a safe day.. 4 days later to dat was my date to arrive. i havent got the monthlys. its 8 days delay.. didnt happen anything like this before. went for the check up thru hpt where it showed negative. i am cnfused. i have deadly cramps in back n tummy too... what shall we do.. please suggest.. really worried and not ready for the child.. its just 3 months to our wedding.
