Hello Doctor,
I have put on weight by 2 kgs in the last 2 months and my period is delayed for this month by 6 days. Last month it was delayed by 3 days. I had the symptoms last week like hip pain , leg calf muscle pain last week but I didn't get my periods yet. I am worried about my weight increase as well. Also am feeling very tired and fatigue all the time. I am single and not sexually active with any partner.
Kindly let me know if I should go for any health check up.

Seems you are having either thyroid or some harmonal imbalance,apart from this weight gain, lack of physical activity and improper diet also are responsible for irregular periods,u need to get ur Thyroid checked and also an ultrasound to see for any PCOs ,along with a few more harmonal and routine tests .
